Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Service provided by Crunchfin (sole proprietor Daniel Hellwig) (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not abide by these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
 
 
1. Scope
 
This AUP applies to all users, customers, and any other individuals or entities accessing or using the Service (“Users”). It covers all content, features, functionalities and data processed through the Service.
 
 
2. Permitted Use
 
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes related to uploading, exploring and analysing datasets in accordance with the terms of your subscription and our Terms & Conditions. You may not use the Service in a manner that violates these terms or any applicable laws.
 
 
3. Prohibited Conduct
 
You must not use the Service, or allow others to use the Service, to:
  • Upload, transmit or store data that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, violent, hateful, fraudulent, or that promotes discrimination on any ground.
  • Infringe any person’s rights (including intellectual property rights, privacy, publicity or confidentiality) or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Service to build or train models or systems in a way that competes with the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to interfere with, disrupt or disable networks, servers or other services or devices (including denial-of-service attacks).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ accounts, data, systems or networks.
  • Use the Service to engage in, facilitate or promote any fraudulent or unethical activity, including spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications.
  • Share your account credentials or allow multiple users to use a single-user subscription if prohibited by your plan.
 
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
 
We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Service to ensure compliance with this AUP. We may investigate any suspected misuse. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, in our sole discretion:
  • Issue warnings;
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access;
  • Delete or disable access to content or data;
  • Take any other legal or technical action we deem appropriate.
 
5. Consequences of Violation
 
If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund, in addition to pursuing any legal rights or remedies available to us. You will remain liable for any damages resulting from your misuse.
 
 
6. Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
 
We may modify this AUP at any time. When changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
